Synopsis
Honey Kisaragi is a high school student at Sainte Chapelle Girls' School. On her 16th birthday, when she returns home, she discovers that her father Takeshi Kisaragi has been kidnapped by the Panther Claw gang because he had discovered a device that could allow the transformation of the human body.

watched this tonight - watched the first episode without subtitles bc i couldn’t figure out how to put them on so i was just going off vibe and like trying to figure out what was happening. and then i figured out i actually had to download the vids to my computer to get the subtitles (video quality was so good thank you internet archive!!) so i rewatched it and i was like omg this is not what i thought was happening. i like her motorcycle look like she ate bad w that one. sister jill is an iconic name for a villain. sorry just getting into the chcu maybe this shouldn’t have been my introduction to it seeing as no one else on this app has reviewed this yet.. i liked this though !

A very exciting updated take on the original pilot, with a MUCH more engaging setup! The animation is also fucking BONKERS on this! I mean it makes sense that this is so well animated having most of the Sailor Stars animation team behind it!
By the time the weird cyclops-looking fucker shows up I’m very invested in the episode, far more than the original had me. Then that transformation sequence just as quickly…
